Identified

The team has found the cause of the issue and the developers are working on a update.

In the meantime, if you encounter this issue, follow the steps below to resolve it temporarily.
1. Go into the employee file
2. Go to Pay & Compensation
3. Go to Pay Run details
4. Turn off "Synchronise with Payroll"
5. After the employee has completed their bank details, you can re-enable the sync with payroll.

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the onboarding workflows on Employment Hero. Initial findings show that it is limited to some organisations only. We have teams investigating the issue.
