Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for the Personnel CSV import issue. In the meantime, please avoid using the additional worksites fields column during imports. We will provide another update once we have further progress to share.

Identified - Employee CSV imports are temporarily unavailable due to an identified issue. We are working on a resolution now. Manual employee updates and existing platform data remain fully operational.

Investigating - Hi there. We are currently experiencing an issue that prevents removing employees from a pay run. If you have tried deleting the pay run as a workaround, you may also be seeing an error with that. Our team is actively working on a fix and has already made progress. A resolution is being rolled out now and things should be back to normal soon.
